No heating, no TV or WiFi in the room, the bedding was really thin, and the room was freezing.

After booking and sending the requested details to get my check‑in information, I received no reply. I sent several more messages and called different numbers for 24 hours before finally reaching someone, hours after the check‑in was supposed to be available. He told me they’d over‑booked the room (this was the second time it happened with these guys) and offered me a different place an extra 20 minutes further away from where I needed to be. With no other option (it was such late notice) I had no choice but to accept. The person I spoke to seemed indifferent to this massive inconvenience and was more concerned with saying it wasn’t his fault. If they knew it was over‑booked, they should have informed me well in advance; if I hadn’t chased them up, I doubt they’d have told me at all. Appalling customer service, I will never stay with them again.
