Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
Good value for money, the stay is fine for being close to Madrid, and the coordinates sent make it easy to enter the hotel; the rooms are clean, and the double windows help with noise. The only downside is that our A1 room had a small toilet and a cramped shower. The bad part is finding parking and the area being a bit troublesome; the police were there a couple of times because some people behaved badly, which isn’t the hotel’s fault.

The room was comfortable and the hotel stayed quiet, and the reception staff were excellent; the location was also very convenient. The only downside was that there was no elevator.

The room had a fridge and hot water, but the cleanliness was poor, the shower was small and clogged with excessive limescale that prevented water from flowing, the bathroom was too tiny, dust was everywhere—even in the closets—and hair indicated the lack of cleaning. The balcony was dirty and filled with animal droppings.

The accommodation was fine and the check‑in instructions were clear. When I asked about breakfast being included, a chat message told me it was served in two bars 50 m from the hotel, but they never gave me the names of those bars.
