The location was convenient for my plans. The property was clean and accommodating.

The bed was super comfy and the weekend was relaxed, but when we got there there was no one at the front desk to check us in. The pool area looked filthy, only three towels were available, and we were the only people in the pool zone. The woman serving breakfast in the morning was rude, our toilet jammed and wouldn’t flush, the couch was covered in grime, and the pull‑out bed had the same mess.

“Very clean rooms, great AC. Nice front desk staff”

Front‑desk staff were excellent, and the housekeeping ladies were friendly and efficient. The room layout was great, the AC unit was a soft purr like a kitten, and the complimentary breakfast was very good. However, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, the outer bathroom had only one tiny sink that didn’t drain properly—water stayed for at least 30 minutes before going down—and there was no sink in the kitchenette, which I found invaluable from previous stays. I did let the front desk know about the sink issue.

The new front‑desk employee, who’s only been there for three weeks, went above and beyond to help me. Unfortunately, two of the rooms I was assigned to had air conditioning that didn’t work.

“We had an issue with our room and the hotel immediately corrected the problem”

Breakfast was tasty, but getting into the hotel was a hassle.
