The breakfast was fine, but the hotel stay in Batam was very disappointing: a strong, unpleasant odor in the room made the environment uncomfortable, and we had to use our own perfume spray, yet the smell persisted throughout our stay. The room on level one had no windows, making it stuffy and poorly ventilated. The towels were not clean—they had a noticeable smell, were no longer white, and appeared yellow and unhygienic. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and the hotel needs significant improvement in cleanliness and room maintenance.

“good place to stay”

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant one, with a fun 60s theme that added to the charm. Although the toilet door had a minor issue with locking, it didn't cause any inconvenience for me. The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, I was a bit disappointed when I wasn't charged for my stay as expected, and I hope that in the future, the hotel or the booking platform can streamline their payment process to avoid any confusion.
