“nur für zwerge”

das früstück war frisch gemacht und sehr gut. der besitzer war nett und freundlich. eine steile treppe zu einem zimmerchen, wo man nicht einmal seinen koffer abstellen kann. bad und toilette vom zimmer durch eine flatternden schiebetür "getrennt", so winzig, daß man sich nicht umdrehen kann. vor dem fenster die straße, 150 meter oberhalb die stark befahrene durchzugsstraße. zu empfehlen ist das nicht!

“A lovely, comfortable stay with great breakfasts, a warm, homely feel and everything I needed.”

I had a lovely little stay! The room was small but perfect for travelling on my own and it was spotlessly clean. There was a kettle with complimentary tea and coffee. The shower was fantastic, with great pressure and lovely hot water. Breakfast each morning was excellent, exactly as ordered and ready as soon as you came down at your chosen time. I noticed some other reviews mentioned that the property could do with updating/modernising, but personally, I felt its quaint character added to the overall experience. It had the charm of staying at an old family friend’s house which I really liked! Plenty of parking. The location was a little further out, but I was aware of this before booking and found it easy to get around everywhere by car. Just for awareness, no hairdryer is provided (I brought my own so it wasn’t an issue)
