The staff were especially helpful and pleasant, and the room‑service ordering was very convenient. The room turned out larger than I expected, and the value for money was the best of my entire trip. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn’t available and I would have liked to know that beforehand.

The room isn’t suitable for a family. The bathroom has no door. The room feels a bit dark, which might be part of their interior design.
