The staff were very helpful and attentive, the food was excellent, everything was very tidy and clean, and our room was very large and beautiful.

I really had a great time here; the furnishings were beautiful with a lot of attention to detail, the pool was super and wonderfully warm after a rainy day, the location was top, right by the nearest hiking trails, and the food was truly fantastic for the price—absolutely insane, and the excellent on‑site service made it all even better.

Location, service, rooms, wellness area, sauna, and breakfast were all very, very good, but for South Tyrolean cuisine there was too much fuss, miniature portions, and after five courses you still weren’t full.

Very friendly staff and breakfast, but the portions at dinner were very small and even with four courses you didn’t feel full; the “beef broth” with fridatten tasted more like flavored rinsing water than real beef broth, which was very disappointing.
