A very budget hostel, only for one night. The room smelled like dirty socks and cigarettes; the bathroom might be clean, but the curtain didn’t invite a bath. The beds were comfortable, the bedding was a bit worn but clean. Nearby there’s a shopping mall, a grocery store, and of course the train station and buses for the rest of the route. The smell was awful.

The staff were efficient, the location was great, and overall the place was clean. However, the handrails smelled awful and, worst of all, there were bedbugs that bit me for two horrible nights—on my face, shoulders, hands, torso, and buttocks. Despite the friendly service and a generally pleasant stay, I probably won’t return.

The room was clean. The staff were friendly. The price was reasonable. There was a small kitchen where you can make tea or coffee.

It’s right next to the train station in Ełk, so I barely heard the trains, though the announcements were a bit louder. The room was clean. It’s nice that there’s a small space where you can prepare food, and you can also sit there. There are board games and various books in Polish. From here the city center is easily reachable, and there’s a small shopping mall almost opposite.
