The lobby looked nice and the staff were friendly, but the room was a nightmare: the sheets were covered in clothes, a roach was on the floor, and the place smelled like urine, so I had to change rooms.

The decor was pretty and the office space was beautiful, yet our room had mushrooms sprouting from the carpet next to the AC unit. For breakfast I went downstairs, but the server was glued to her phone on a stool, never attending to me; I left a $0 tip, and the front desk manager even commented on it when I checked out. The lobby’s luxury scent was far too overpowering.

The room was suffused with a strong mold/mildew odor, the elevator floor was littered with food that never got cleaned, a guest blasted music at 1 a.m., and the thin walls let me hear every movement from above; on top of that, someone repeatedly tried to enter our room during the night.

The spot was spot on, the bed and pillows were spot on, and the staff were super friendly and attentive.
