Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the river cruises and the guide was helpful and interesting. The food was good and plentiful. We had to pay extra for air conditioning. The elephant tour was extra and expensive, with no guarantee of seeing the animals, which happened for others.

The location is unbeatable, the guides are attentive and friendly. The Malaya food was authentic and the best we had during our stay in the country. The lack of air conditioning is why I don't give a 10. The optional excursions feel a bit pricey, but the included ones are great.

The lodge is absolutely beautiful and the location gorgeous. The staff were excellent and the meals amazing. Nothing.

The place is far out in the jungle, and the food—despite breakfast being nuggets and chips—was actually tasty with toast and eggs always available. The wildlife around was amazing. But the bathroom was a mess: mould everywhere and a bad ceiling, which is unacceptable even for a basic, remote spot. The staff kept pushing extra tours and air‑conditioning upgrades, making the already pricey stay feel like a constant sales pitch.

Naturaleza, un ambiente de naturaleza, la comida estaba razonable, obviamente no es un hotel 5 estrellas. Todo el personal perfecto excepto el guía que fué una pesadilla constantemente. Horrible de verdad al punto de me estropear mis días allí. Desde el minuto uno el guía ( el peor guía que tuve en mi vida) sólo le interesaba que le contrataras un tour por el calor de 100 euros por persona. El tío sólo le importa el dinero es un jeta de primera. Todas, absolutamente todas las actividades del pack fueram un fiasco paso a referir en detalle : Como guía no 😔 te transmite absolutamente conocimientos ningunos, es impertinente y con bromas fuera de tono. Si el pack era de 2 horas , se hacía el tonto y dejaba que pasara el tiempo. A el le importa una m**** todo. Que desilusión.eso si la única vez que se buscó la vida para que viéramos algo fué el tal día que nos engañó con el oack de lis 100 euros. Horrible. Jamás he visto algo asi. Y como si no fuera poco, a la noche antes del check out me viene conmigo cenando aún, pedir que vaya pagar el bendito tour, sin tacto alguno. Ha y el dia de check out yo me iba antes le tuve que pedir algo para desayunar. Un vergüenza 😡 se comprende que son negocios pero hacer la gente de tontos solo lleva que la gente salgo de allí decepcionada 😞 muy triste porque todo el personal excepto el guía era maravilloso, una pena que tengan una persona asi allí
