Everything was excellent, comfortable, and very tasteful! The food at the various restaurants, the pool area, and the breakfast were all a pleasant surprise! The service was superb too! An architectural landmark that pampers you. The woman who pretends to be a concierge is actually trying to push you into a Timeshare presentation and won’t accept a no.

The food was excellent. The hotel was beautiful. The room was comfortable and spacious but noisy (see below). I was not happy with the road noise; I could hear the highway loudly inside my room even with the door shut. The service was good but not great for the high price paid for the hotel.

The facilities are very cool and the complex is modern and new. The staff attention is very good. The villa is very nice and the beds are very comfortable. It’s very spacious and the view from a high floor is very pretty. The road noise in the rooms is loud, they need to put insulation on the doors and windows to reduce it. One of the showerheads in the room had no water pressure. The sea is very strong and you can’t swim; the red flag is always there and it’s at your own risk.

The rooms are huge and nicely furnished, the grounds look gorgeous, and everyone is super friendly and helpful. The only downside is the traffic noise, which takes a moment to get used to, and the food and drink prices are quite high.
