The onsen was beautiful, the room was large, clean, and comfortable in the mountains, and everything you could need was available; the staff were amazing and the restaurant food was absolutely outstanding. The massage chairs were a huge bonus. I would definitely recommend it and would stay again.

The hotel is a bit older but still clean and the rooms are spacious; however, the furnishings are quite worn out, though some rooms have been renovated – I’m not sure which ones. The onsen is nice and lets you enjoy nature, especially when you use the outdoor lighting. The staff were friendly and there’s a shuttle to the train station. The room’s equipment is really outdated.
