I loved every part of the service from start to finish; the staff were attentive at all times and excellent in every way, both in treatment and service. The room I stayed in was super comfortable and pleasant, and I felt very at ease. It’s very close to everything and within reach of the city’s most iconic monuments. The only negative thing I might point out, which has nothing to do with the place itself, is the strong smell from the pipes. I would appreciate the building owners fixing that issue, because the rooms have a bad odor and it’s a shame when everything else is so positive and worth repeating.

It was clean and well‑located. We had issues with the check‑in process, especially that it is done in English first and it’s hard to switch the language.

Mirna was very attentive and explained many questions about the accommodation and the city. The stairs were a drawback.
