The room’s location faces a main road, and the traffic noise is too uncomfortable to allow a peaceful rest.

The hotel’s location is excellent: it sits in a very pretty, quiet area surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants and very close to the iconic Parque del Gato del Río. The room didn’t provide the expected rest; it’s right next to the elevator exit and its only window faces the main corridor, where two large external air‑conditioning units produce constant, annoying noise all day and night. It’s advertised as an apartment with a private kitchen and bathroom, but the space is extremely cramped; the shower is so narrow and so close to the wall that it’s hard to get clean. The worst is the intense damp smell caused by poor ventilation. Finally, the pre‑arrival WhatsApp communication was confusing and had a bad attitude (the front‑desk staff kindly clarified that the message handlers are intermediaries), though the on‑site hotel staff were friendly.
