Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
The staff were lovely and the food offered plenty of choices. We booked a room with a balcony or terrace, but on arrival we were given one without; they swapped us later but were not happy about doing it at the reception.

We liked the accommodation overall, but the food could be better. The buffet had very little variety and there was no varied food for children.

We liked the facilities and the entertainment, especially the guys Diana, Silvia and Luis, and only the two waiters Juan and the girl in the purple shirt, whose name I didn’t catch, apologized. The food was fine. The pools were good. I didn’t like how the waiters treated us, because they barely said good morning or good afternoon; I thought they were mute but they did talk among themselves. One of the lifeguards, a tall older blond guy with a ponytail, had already set up the hammocks and put the tables up by 5 pm, so we were all leaving in less than five minutes. It feels like a company policy issue, because you can still bathe and sunbathe until 6 pm. It made us feel bad. Also, there was no air conditioning in the room, only grilles, even though the advertisement claimed there was air conditioning.
