The facilities and service were good.

Almost nothing was good. The rooms are tiny and cramped, with windows practically facing a wall, making it feel like living in a basement. The hotel’s technology is dilapidated, especially the elevators, which are out of order, forcing guests to use service elevators in areas not meant for hotel guests. The food in the restaurant does not at all match the exorbitant prices.
