The food was great, with amazing flavors and a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast staff were friendly, and the Polish lady was very nice, while Juan helped us with our luggage. The rooftop pool was lovely. Overall, I love this hotel.

The bed was super comfy and the pillows were heavenly. The rooftop pool was fantastic, though it would have been nicer if it stayed open longer. I loved the decor and the art pieces were amazing. The only downside was the shower head.

The reception staff in Geneva were outstanding! Everyone was very helpful and the location is fantastic. The rooms could be larger, though.
