The service was flawless and the staff treated us with complete respect. They allowed both an early check‑in and a late check‑out. Breakfast was tasty and the room was spotless. Thanks for the hospitality!

1) Смачні сніданки. Хоч вибір страв і не великий, зате все дуже якісне і смачне. 2) В номері чисто. 1) Розташування готелю - ну так собі. До моря наче й не далеко, але йдеш якимись гаражами, хащами. Схил дуже крутий і не зручний. Купа старих сходинок, з яких легко можна впасти і щось собі пошкодити. 2) В номері дуже шумно. Вікна виходили на дорогу і шум стояв просто нелюдський навіть із закритими вікнами. То сміття забирають, то автомобілі, то мотоцикли. А ще в додачу - двері кімнат зачиняються дуже гучно, а тому коли будь хто із сусідів заходить до себе в номер, це як ніби працює ППО. Зупинялись на дві ночі і ці ночі не спали майже взагалі. 3) Воду в номер не дають, але на поверсі є кулер. 4) Непривітний персонал. Єдиний хто тут вміє працювати це чоловік, який оформлював нам поселення (привіт тобі друже). Усі інші взагалі ніякі - не вітаються, відсторонені, трохи хамовиті. Це ж стосується і працівників ресторану під час сніданків. 5) Працівники розмовляють кацапською і більшість навіть не намагається переходити на українську, коли ти з ними розмовляєш. 6) На рецепшені зображення пушкіна і мабуть катерини чи ще якоїсь імперської гидоти. The best spot around here. The whole team, from the front desk to the housekeepers, is genuinely customer‑focused—people who work for people, which is the priority in Ukraine right now. Whatever the situation, trust that they’ll find the most comfortable solution. I’ll definitely recommend it to all my friends.
