The room was filthy, the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and nobody was at the front desk in the morning to check me out, so I had to wait for several hours; overall I was very disappointed.

The place was dirty, the service was terrible, the air conditioner didn’t work in Miami’s intense heat, and there were cockroaches in the room.

The location was convenient, but I had to pay a $4 admin fee, which was the correct price if you need an extra $4; the nightstand was missing from the wall, and the wall wasn’t even painted 😭, plus the bath fixtures were loose and could fall off.
