The spot is great and parking is free, but the room was a smoking zone—had to crack the windows open to get any sleep. Woke up with a stuffy nose, headache, and sinus flare‑up. The toilet was half‑clogged, the side lights were burned out, and the safety box was broken.

Location is fine, but the place reeks of cigarette smoke and everything feels ancient—furniture, mattress, towels, curtains. Needs a serious makeover.
