The location on the walking street was excellent and I felt safe; the room was clean. The bathroom interiors were a bit old, but that didn’t bother me, and the water pressure was still good.
The location was excellent and the rooms were spacious. The room service was zero; they didn’t change our sheets or towels.
“Great location and clean but the pillows are not comfortable and its sad there is no breakfast”
The location is great. The pillows were really hard and uncomfortable to sleep on; they need to be replaced.
The room was decent, with AC, an updated look, and nice amenities. The bathroom needed major remodeling because of a serious sewer problem—my bathroom leaked like a mess, so I had to close and cover all drains. There were a lot of mosquitoes; I was eaten alive every night. Loud music played each night, and you could hear everyone banging, sliding doors, and stopping around in their rooms all the time. There were many cockroaches inside the room and on the deck. A 7/11 was behind the hotel, so you could hear the binging every time the door opened from your deck. They want you to pay 50 ฿ per day for a beach towel—crazy! I’ve been in Thailand for six weeks now, staying at a new hotel every three days, and I’ve never seen anything like this.
The room was quiet and clean. On the first day of the Songkran celebrations, there was a lot of noise before the hotel, but nothing in the room. At night it was completely silent. The staff were very friendly. This has nothing to do with the hotel but with the island. Unfortunately, it’s no longer a secret tip.
