The establishment no longer exists, yet I was still charged for the stay! I hope the incompetent Booking staff will one day protect these customers! We don’t even have the possibility to make objections; we’re not listened to, we just take our money without receiving the service!

The WiFi worked, yet when I checked in the blanket was stained with dried blood. All communication went through a WhatsApp number, and they told me to just get a blanket from another bed, which smelled strongly of stale sweat. The rooms were super cramped with no real space, and the sweat odor lingered. There was hardly any free or communal area, and the bathroom facilities were very basic. I was kept up for 1.5 hours at night by a roommate who brought a loud sleepover; no staff were available, so I had to text the WhatsApp number, and they only asked the person to leave, but they didn’t until about 1.5 hours later. I never received an apology from the staff member on WhatsApp. I would avoid staying here at all costs—it’s not nice at all.

The rooms were tiny, the spaces cramped, and the structure was dilapidated. Cleaning was rough, there were few bathrooms and they were poorly maintained. The staff were practically nonexistent, with no security to monitor who came and went, and the “kitchen” corner was unclassifiable. The beds looked like marble. There are many other hostels in Bangkok at the same price that are in much better condition.
