“Excessive 50€ punishment for 15 min delay due to plane delay”
Very clean and large apartment with two rooms. Hosts were very pleasant to treat with. Despite the effort by the host to be nice: including a welcome drink, olive oil and bread which was fantastic, he charged us an extra 50€ for “late check in” because we arrived 15 min late, even if we explained was due to the flight delay. He said “don’t worry” but still, he charged us 50€ extra that changed completely our mood. It’s not the money but the treatment. Also, even if we pay for 4 full breakfast for 2 persons , the food for 4 days was very short (in amount and options) and the second day we had no orange juice anymore. The third day we had to buy our own milk. We asked if he will refill something and he kindly rejected with a nice smile. There is a neighbour that make noise every evening, and the apartment is located close to tram station. You hear the tram passing every 15 minutes. If you have a light sleep, this place is not for you. The toilet and the bath has leaks and you have to put towels in the floor every time you take a shower.
