The breakfast buffet was very good and varied, and everything else was fine.
My stay at this hotel left a very good impression. The hotel itself was renovated, tidy and very cozy, so from day one it was pleasant to be there. Because I moved with a wheelchair, accessibility and the staff’s attitude were especially important to me. From the moment I arrived, the employees tried to make everything as comfortable as possible. They lowered the shower to a more convenient height and delivered breakfast straight to the room every morning. The breakfasts themselves were also very enjoyable – fresh, tasty and truly filling each day. It was nice to start the day with good food, especially when it was so carefully prepared and brought to the room. I especially want to thank the entire staff. The employees were very friendly, sincere and helpful. Every time I returned to the hotel I often stopped to chat with them, so I felt not only like a guest but also warmly welcomed. The cleanliness and order were also very pleasing. Each time I came back, my room was tidy and clean. It was clear that the staff genuinely cared about making the guest’s return pleasant. The most memorable part of the entire stay was that feeling that the staff did more than just their job; they sincerely tried to make me comfortable and enjoy staying here. A big thank you to all the staff for their care, friendliness and a great stay. I would definitely come back and confidently recommend this hotel to others.
