Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
Our stay was a mixed bag, with the staff being friendly, but the overall experience falling short. The hotel's best aspect was the friendly staff, but unfortunately, that wasn't enough to make up for the rest. While we appreciated the staff's efforts, we left feeling somewhat underwhelmed.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's location and the helpful staff, who went out of their way to accommodate us. However, our stay was marred by a disturbing discovery - two cockroaches in our room. While the rest of our stay was great, the presence of these unwelcome guests was a major issue. We were relieved that the staff was friendly and helpful, but the cockroaches left a lasting impression.

Unfortunately, my stay was plagued by a series of issues, including a tiny room and a mistaken checkout time. To make matters worse, I returned to my room at 9 am, only to find it locked, with my suitcase still inside. Thankfully, the maid came to my rescue and helped me gain access to my room. Despite the hotel's efforts to make things right, the initial problems left a sour taste in my mouth.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's location, which made it easy for me to get around and explore the surrounding area. However, I did notice a few minor issues that detracted from my overall experience.

My stay had its ups and downs. The staff were incredibly friendly and the property, including our room, was spotless, which was a great start. The breakfast bar was decent, and the ladies working there were exceptional. However, I had significant concerns about the location, which felt unsafe, and the fact that I wasn't informed about a daily parking fee until checkout was frustrating.
