The room was not available, the AC, fan, and water didn’t work, there was no cold water facility, and breakfast was unavailable from time to time.

I was really disappointed with this place - the staff were rude, the cleanliness was non-existent, and they tried to scam me by saying my booked room was no longer available and demanding I pay more. Avoid this place at all costs.
