Conveniently located and fairly easy to access, the surroundings are quiet. No staff were present, and the perimeter of the house is severely lacking in maintenance; a pity, because the site is otherwise very pretty.

A nice large room with a sea view and a comfortable big bed. The train runs right by and its vibrations are felt in the room, very noisy, but not a problem at night.

The place is within walking distance of the city centre, which is super convenient. They leave a small basket with cakes, juice, and coffee ready even if you skip breakfast.

The location and overall setup are good, but there were ants in the kitchen and bathroom.
