The spot was great—spacious, spotless, and the ice and water stations were handy. The view from the room was nice. The only snag was that only one elevator worked; the second one kept breaking down, so I had to climb the stairs from the 5th floor three times. Also, there were no tissues in the room.

The location was convenient, and the parking that came with the rate was a plus, along with the ample cleaning supplies. The service, however, was nonexistent. After the first night we called to get a replacement blanket for the pull‑out bed because it smelled musty; it took over an hour for someone to answer, who promised it would be fixed, but no one ever came. We called repeatedly until someone finally told us that this room had no service at all. I've stayed in hotels worldwide, and this is the first time a property has refused to provide requested service. I expected better for the price. On top of that, the so‑called “refrigerator” was a tiny half‑size unit with barely any space, and the “stove” was just a single heating element.

The location was fantastic—just a five‑minute walk to the mountain base and the bus stop that takes you into town. The pool and jacuzzi were superb, and the view of the mountains right out of the windows was the highlight. The condo felt a bit dated; the single electric burner didn’t work, but we had a separate one we could plug in to boil water, which made it feel like camping. We also couldn’t find a bar of soap. Since the condo is for sale, that explains the lack of updated appliances, and I felt the rental price was unreasonable.

The place was clean, the location was great, and the hot tub and pool were easily accessible. The bathroom could use a minor update.

The location was excellent, the furnishings were solid, parking was convenient, the view was great, and the bed was comfortable. The toilet could have been cleaner, there was no spot to hang wet towels, one remote didn’t work, and the signage didn’t show the name or entrance of the property.
