The location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The room was lovely and large, with plenty of space, 2 comfy chairs and a table. The hotel staff were professional and friendly. The hotel’s theatrical theme was flamboyant, but the communal areas were hard to navigate and I wondered how one would exit in an emergency. The communal areas were a bit too dark and the emergency signage didn’t stand out. The evening restaurant menu had limited choices; a larger selection would help.
