The park is 5 minutes from the national park's foot and 25 minutes from Stawell. Air-conditioned villas feature flat-screen TVs, kitchenettes with stovetops, and some have fireplaces or spa baths. BBQ facilities, a children's playground, and wildlife spotting opportunities are available.

The location was excellent and all essential facilities were available, but the walls were very thin so we could hear other cabins and people walking, and the windows didn’t lock – the fly screen on the front door fell off the runners.

I loved the spot—right in the middle of nature, and the kitchen was fully stocked. No complaints at all.

The scenery was gorgeous and everything was a short walk away, but the cabin felt pricey and the toiletries were almost non‑existent, plus there was mold in the bathroom. When we asked about setting up a fire pit, the staff didn’t help much.

The place sits nicely in Halls Gaps, near shops and trails, yet the cabin itself is old and in bad shape: the sliding doors on the screen and bathroom are stiff and sometimes fall off the track, hand soap is missing, the kitchen‑dining light never worked and they only gave us a desk lamp. We asked twice for a fix but they said they were waiting on an electrician. At $200 a night, it’s steep.
