The staff at reception were friendly and spoke Spanish well.

The hotel may be a bit dated, but it’s very clean, nicely furnished, and the staff are very friendly. Our room was large and the beds very comfortable. A kettle, coffee, tea, etc. were in the room and refilled daily, which is great if you book without breakfast. At least you get fresh coffee in the morning… It’s just a cat’s jump from the subway station, which is also a big plus!

The staff were friendly, the place is well located, and the rooms are spacious. Breakfast was excellent.

The location was fantastic. We found a shard of glass on the floor and told the staff it almost cut my foot; they promised to be more careful, but the next day I stepped on another shard! The front‑desk lady just stared at us, muttering “yeah, new cleaning girls, you know,” and when we warned her it was dangerous, especially for kids, she said nothing. The pillows were terrible and left me with a stiff neck all trip.
