“Da rivedere”

The location was great for exploring Verona, the breakfast was good with a nice selection of sweet and savory items, and the hotel and linens were clean. However, the mattress was very uncomfortable, the shower was unusable—every part of the shower was broken and covered with a dirty wooden platform, and the shower head was tiny and hard to aim. At 150€ per night I didn’t expect such a lack of care.

The location was good, but the breakfast restaurant was cramped, lacked nice décor, and didn’t feel cozy.

“Beste Lage für Unternehmungen und Opernbesuche.”

The location was crucial because we had tickets for the arena, and it’s great! The beds are comfortable and let us rest at night. The hotel works well as a base for activities. Breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly made croissant sandwiches. The staff at the reception were mostly nice and welcoming, except for one person who was not so friendly. The rooms feel a bit dated; my mother found that very depressing. At breakfast it seemed like the staff had no desire to make cappuccino, so it was hard to get their attention (there was no self‑service machine). They were friendly and very child‑loving, which is worth mentioning.
