The rooms were musty, and they gave me a key for a room that already had other guests in it; after finally getting a room, I was still charged an extra deposit even though I had booked directly on the website. Everything was horrible.

Everything was terrible: all the towels were gross, the shower had other people’s eyelashes, the strip glue showed the cleaning was inadequate, the front desk person looked miserable and seemed to have had knee surgery, the “open” sign was misleading, the phone number didn’t answer, I had to ring the bell several times to check in and out, the mattress was gross, the fridge didn’t work, there was no TV remote, no trash can in the restroom, the toilet paper wasn’t refilled, and the shower head was gross with mold inside.

The location was great for our job that week and the staff was very responsive, but only two rooms were clean enough; one room’s door was bent and let bugs in, and another was still dirty, so I had to move my employee to a hotel across the street and should have moved all of us.

I was disappointed because the staff seemed unwilling to help and ended up being rude; I never actually stayed there. They charged my card without any acknowledgement or consent, even though the guy told me they wouldn't, but they still took the money—just money‑hungry people, no good customer service.

The location is great, and there’s plenty of parking. The bed was comfortable. Check‑in was disorganized: we were given the wrong room number, but the staff chased us to correct it, so that part was fine. Then the key didn’t work, so we had to return to the front desk. We also couldn’t read the Wi‑Fi password and had to walk back to the office. That’s not ideal when you’re checking in late at night and just want to relax. The shower could have been cleaner, and the burn holes in the blanket and comforter were off-putting; I wondered if the blanket had been washed between guests.
