“It was very annoying having to deal with stail cigarette smoke all night. I have asthma, and no one helped me”

The location is close to the airport. As soon as I entered the building, the smell of old cigarette smoke filled the room everywhere. I immediately asked for a cancellation, but was told it would take up to 24 hours to get a response. I only had that night, so I had to stay. When they asked me to enter my credit card for the reservation and said it wouldn’t be charged, that was not true. I mentioned the smoke before signing in, but was told to call Bookings. I did, and Bookings said no one was available to talk from the hotel, even though someone was behind the counter. Now I know not to enter any credit card for any reason until I’m there in person. Bookings was no help whatsoever.

Everything was terrible! In room 211 the sheets were not clean; dog fur was all over the sheets and floor. Housekeepers need to do better, and disciplinary actions should be taken.

The staff were very nice and the hotel was clean overall, but the shower and bed were both broken.

I liked the price and location, but I didn’t like that there were no utensils. She claims the breakfast is good, but that’s a lie; there weren’t even glasses for coffee or breakfast items, and it wasn’t the same as other hotels. The room was tiny with a coffee maker and a place for bread, and the service was terrible. When we ordered coffee glasses, the lady said no and didn’t mention it; kitchen utensils aren’t provided in the rooms either, which isn’t what the photos show. The pool was very dirty and neglected, and the pool bathroom was disgusting. I stayed three days and they never cleaned that area. The hot pool water couldn’t be used because it was too hot to bathe in, and it didn’t feel right. The worst part is that they say breakfast is included, but it’s not what it should be.
