The hotel is close to the city center and very accommodating. The shower was on a slower side.

The room was clean and tidy, with nice little touches like a pot of sweets, extra coffee and tea, fresh milk, and a very comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent; Simon and Pauline were great hosts. I was very impressed with housekeeping—the sheets and towels were changed even though we only stayed two nights. I will definitely stay again and recommend it. Having a private spot to park the car was a bonus.

“Home from Home”

We were thrilled by the hotel’s décor, and our room felt cozy with thoughtful touches like a small candy container and a refreshment tray. The bathroom was excellent, featuring a proper bath, and the breakfast was outstanding—plenty of cooked items, cereals, fruit, and pastries made for a fantastic start to the day. Pauline and Simon were incredibly attentive and helpful, and we even enjoyed the company of Alfie, the dog.

The staff were lovely, and the breakfast was top‑class. The location is great—central yet surprisingly quiet.

“Just right-comfortable and spacious room.”

Breakfast was superb, with a wide selection of fruit and dishes cooked hot and deliciously; the scrambled eggs were the highlight. I had to slam the door to ensure it locked—this lock might need replacement soon.
