“Nice city escape close to nature”

The property is very cute and conveniently located near surrounding towns and great hiking trails around Kazbegi. The host was incredibly accommodating and flexible with our late check-in, keeping in clear contact messages. However the payment was in cash (GEL) and there were a few areas for improvement: the front door didn't lock properly, there was no bathroom mat, and the towel supply was limited for two guests (only one set of body/head towels and a single bathrobe)

The view from the window overlooks the mountains. There is a hydro‑massage bathtub, a hammock in front of the house, and parking right by the home. Inside, everything is generally clean and cozy. The property consists of two houses, so if both are occupied there won't be a private atmosphere. The shower was a bit weak; the gas water heater was running constantly, making it hard to catch hot water. There is no surrounding infrastructure—just a car entrance.

A fairly pleasant place in a good location, near a beautiful temple, great for a walk. The conditions are normal and clean. The mattresses, blankets, and pillows are good. Six people can stay comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped enough to prepare a light dinner. Parking is just outside the gate, right by the house. The area is fenced. We were only there for one night, so everything was fine and we were satisfied. There are no shops nearby, so it's better to buy supplies in advance. The stairs to the second floor are quite steep and may need repair soon. After showering, there's a lot of water in the bathroom because there's no shower tray or cabin. This system is common in Georgia, but it wasn't very comfortable for us. It's slippery and dangerous for children especially. The water wasn't always hot, but the pressure was good.

“Definitely will come back”

Very clean and good atmosphere. The owner welcomed us. In the cottage there is everything you need. The massage bath was perfect. The view from the terrace was amazing. We definitely will come back and highly recommend to others. Thank you very much.

“Sztos”

I highly recommend this spot – the view is amazing, the cabin is warm and cozy, there’s a grill area and a great lookout for Kazbek, the jacuzzi works (I tested it), the water is nice and warm, and there’s parking right under the cabin behind a closed gate. Absolutely recommend!
