My second stay here and in exactly the same room. I was visiting the area for work so arrived late, after the bar had shut (at 8pm!) so I had to let myself in. In the morning I let myself out so didn't actually see anyone during my brief visit. The room hadn't changed which is a good thing, a nice big bed and a decent shower is all you need for one night and The Watership Down Inn delivered. The lack of staff was a little odd and an 8pm bar close was a bit early so no pint after my long drive!

10,- pond extra per hond per nacht. 15 pond extra per persoon per nacht voor ontbijt. Verblijf was 4 dagen ivm werk en hond was mee. We hadden de Gardenroom, dit is aan tuin grenzend 1 dubbel bed en 2 single bed. Ruime kamer, goed bed en goede douche/badkamer. Geen schoonmaak gehad, wel 40 pond extra geld betaald voor de hond. Na klagen van ons kwam op de laatste dag een onbeschofte schoonmaakster de handdoeken vervangen, bed rechttrekken maar vloer werd zelfs niet schoongemaakt! (stenen vloer vanuit tuinkamer wordt vies met een hond!) veel extra geld maar we zullen voor volgende verblijf nooit meer dit hotel kiezen. Accomodatie communiceert buiten app

Lovley staff. Great breakfast. Sparkling clean rooms. Spacious rooms and comfy beds. A hidden gem!
