The location is good. Parking was chaotic and messy. The staff ensured everything was ready to welcome guests, but we had to wait until 5 pm to receive one room and only at 6 pm for the rest.

- Dịch vụ tiện ích trong nội khu cũng ok, có xe điện đưa đón, hồ bơi đẹp, có thang cuốn khi không bắt được xe điện thì có thể đi thang cuốn - Thang máy cũng không bị kẹt. - Chờ nhân viên để nhận phòng cả buổi không thấy xuống, xuống trễ cũng không 1 tiếng xin lỗi - Phòng có bếp để nấu nhưng không có 1 dụng cụ nhà bếp nào để nấu hết - Giờ check-out vào cuối tuần rất khó bắt xe điện vì rất đông, chỉ có thể đi thang cuốn - Các nhà hàng trong nội khu vừa không ngon, vừa mắc - Vị trí xa khu trung tâm Mũi Né nên không có nhà hàng, quán ăn gần khu này

I liked sitting above the pool bar. The parking area was awful. Staff guidance was not enthusiastic, and the electric shuttle was insufficient.

The service was excellent; the server Hoàng Vũ was very dedicated and caring. While staying, the owner cut the electricity mid‑day because the bill wasn’t paid.
