“Downtown Florence”
The location and the historic building were wonderful, yet the room was quite small but still adequate.
The restaurant was one of the best in a hotel and the service was top notch, though the room felt a little small.

From check‑in to check‑out the staff were wonderful and friendly, making our stay in this historic hotel extra enjoyable; we explored its history and stayed in a king room that was a bit on the smaller side but perfectly adequate, and the staff even supplied a refrigerator for the room. The bed was extremely comfortable, the AC worked well on a hot summer day, and the large TV was a nice treat for watching the World Cup games. The bathroom was spacious with a shower, though the water pressure was on the low side. Overall, I was very pleased with our stay in this small but pretty restored downtown hotel that has a great friendly atmosphere, and the ice cream shop just a few stores down offered huge servings. Nothing to complain about—I would happily stay here again.
