I have stayed here, maybe, 5? Times? I keep coming back for reasons. The location, the staff here, the property itself, all just wonderful. The units are always super clean, it is safe, all the amenities you could need are included in each unit and the staff here are always top notch individuals. The price is more than affordable for the unmatched stay you’ll have!. Not a thing

The balcony is nice, but the location felt unsafe.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this property, which was supposed to be a convenient and welcoming experience. Unfortunately, the staff's behavior was unprofessional and embarrassing, especially when they publicly lectured me in front of my guest, who was visiting the U.S. for the first time. The lack of clear communication and basic information, such as the property's location and a formal invoice, made my stay even more frustrating.

While the location of this apartment was a major plus, being right across the street from Balboa Park, my stay was marred by a series of issues that made it difficult and uncomfortable. We struggled to access the apartment due to a lack of instructions, and when we finally managed to get in, we found that the bedding was provided but not the towels. The quarters were also very tight for four people, and we had to deal with a series of inconveniences, including a missing deposit refund.

This apartment's location is truly unbeatable, with Balboa Park right across the street and the cabrillo bridge offering easy access to the heart of the park. The apartment itself has a cozy kitchenette and a spacious balcony with a great view of the park. While the sound of airplanes landing can be a nuisance, the view and location make up for it. I would recommend this property to anyone who loves the area and is willing to put up with the occasional plane noise.
