“Nice hotel and good value for money.”
The location is fantastic; you can reach Hiriketiya Beach in no time. It’s worth the price, even for a solo traveler. The staff are really friendly—they’ll give you free water if you ask. I saw other reviews say towels weren’t replaced, but if you ask the staff for fresh ones they’ll happily provide them. When you leave the hotel they also offer a taxi service back to the airport that is much cheaper than other taxis. I know exactly where to stay if I come back.

The place had a great location, quiet yet close to everything, and offered good value; the air‑con worked nicely and the host helped us with our heavy bags. The Wi‑Fi was subpar, a common issue in Sri Lanka—get a SIM instead. We climbed a relatively steep hill, no problem for us but could be for others. Overall, it was a great stay.
