The restaurant and bar were great, and the room’s creative design was lovely, but the bed felt old‑fashioned.

The spot was perfect, right next to the big car park, and the reception staff were friendly, yet the room we checked into wasn’t properly serviced: the fridge had no water, a used coffee spoon lay on the side table, coffee pods weren’t replaced, wet towels still hung in the bathroom, clean towels and bathrobe were messy or not folded properly, and the toilet flooded after my shower because the drainage was choked; I’m not even sure if the bedding had been replaced, and one night front desk staff had to roll up his sleeve to remove the clog.
