The staff were not friendly, the facilities were not suitable, everything was very uncomfortable.

I liked the location, close to the Constituyentes metro terminal and Los Pinos, with plenty of places to eat, shops, a restaurant, fruit stores, even pharmacies.

The place is in a great spot, right near the hospital, and we already used it, so finding what we needed was a breeze. The pillows, however, are very hard, and the service staff are extremely loud, chatting and laughing all night long.

I stayed to attend a medical appointment, so the hotel’s location is close to the hospital; the facilities are comfortable, and my stay was pleasant. For now the experience was pleasant.
