The location was great. The bedsheets and towels were spotless white, and the bathroom was immaculately clean. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the room even came with a projector—perfect for watching movies easily. However, the front desk staff don't speak English at all. It's fine for a basic check‑in, but if you need any detailed information, it gets quite frustrating. The rooms are generally tidy, though they could use a deeper clean – we noticed dust on the nightstands and the desk. Also, the elevators are almost always busy.

The location was perfect, close to shopping and the metro. The bed was comfortable, and the front desk and cleaning staff were helpful. The rooms aren't sound‑proof; both nights we could hear the guests next door playing games and talking loudly around midnight.
