Location. I had arranged a 23:00 arrival with the lady over the phone, but no one was there; I walked around the property for 10 minutes until I saw a woman in one of the windows who was already lying down and then got up to tell us that the keys were on the door. I entered a room that wasn’t even listed in the photos and the pillow had someone’s hair on it. I took a picture to show the lady on the next day, told her I didn’t want to stay and would only pay for that one night. She was with the chef and they tried to explain and convince me that this whole situation wasn’t as bad, that the chef was waiting for me and had six witnesses, which is complete nonsense, as the host herself knew we were confused and didn’t know what to do. We walked around and rang the bell, she gave no discount, didn’t apologize, and was unfriendly. I don’t recommend anyone. This was the first negative review I’ve ever written in my life. I never write anything unless I have something good to say.
