We were assigned a room without a balcony even though the booking listed a standard room, so our swimsuits never dried and we had to wear wet clothes. Only one key was given, meaning we couldn’t leave the AC on, and after about an hour we were stuck in a steamy room because the AC barely worked. The real nightmare began when we entered the room and saw three huge cockroaches. The maid simply taped a hole in the toilet with tape; the roaches didn’t disappear and we couldn’t use the toilet properly for the remaining four days. The reception staff were completely indifferent—no front‑line service, the food was bland, and even if the hotel were three times cheaper it wouldn’t justify the price.

Everything was fine, the food could have been a bit more varied but we never felt hungry. The hotel sits in a beautiful spot and the grounds themselves are lovely. The staff could be a little friendlier, especially with non‑Russian guests.

The hotel is close enough to the beach and offers a great mountain view. The pools were clean and there were plenty of activities for kids. However, the rooms were dirty, some items were broken or rusty, and the mattress and pillows were low quality. The shower ran everywhere because there was no curtain or door, the gel and shampoo were unpleasant, and there was no soap or clothes holder. Internet costs $10 per device for three days; adding another device requires payment and an administrator’s help. The food looked like it had many options but everything tasted tasteless and seemed made from the cheapest ingredients; all salads were basically lettuce and carrot, and the meat made me question its origin. The hotel is 99% Russian‑oriented, with most music and staff being Russian.
