The staff were friendly and amazing to deal with, and the rooms were good sized, but the walls are very thin.
The location is good and the place is clean, but someone above or beside me was snoring like a madman, which was the only negative and I understand not much can be done; I also dislike the old‑school bed topper and would prefer a modern duvet and topper.
Convenient location was the highlight. The only downside was the lack of Sky.

They support Santana mines and provide good service and location, but cars going up and down the road are noisy (not a hotel problem).

I was thrilled by the spot—just next to the supermarket and a short walk to other shops. The room was warm and the bed was comfortable, and the kitchenette, bathroom, TV, and heating had everything I needed. Daily room service felt like it went above and beyond; I left dishes in the sink to wash later, but they handled it and put everything away. They topped up toiletries, tea, coffee, and even replaced my towels. The bathroom was nice, but the roller blind was rusty and falling apart, and the ceiling paint was peeling in places—just superficial issues that didn’t ruin the overall experience.
