The location above the harbor is dreamy, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking solution at the hotel was quite difficult, the breakfast staff were uncoordinated and not very knowledgeable, and the building feels a little worn from its age and maintenance.

The venue, the building, the pool, and the staff who were efficient and friendly were all excellent, but the lack of a private beach is a pity for a hotel of this level in Punta Ala.

The sea and port view from the room and pool was fantastic, the all‑day pool bar was very convenient, and the pool itself was a good size for swimming. The room was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and the bathroom was good. Turn‑down service was appreciated. We liked the short walk to the port and the staff were very friendly, making for a very pleasant, relaxing stay in a lovely location. The hotel was much smaller than I expected from the photos, and the parking was far too small for a busy August period. The spa turned out to be a total disappointment; I expected a large facility with many treatments, but it seemed to be just one room with a single person doing a few massages. If I wanted a manicure, I’d have to go to the port. One day the menu consisted only of fish, and since I hate fish, we had to leave the hotel for another restaurant. Not everyone likes fish.
