The place is in a great spot, right in the center. The single beds are in terrible condition – they creak, have bulges, and springs jut out. The bathroom is filthy with hair everywhere.

I enjoyed the vibe and the room was very cozy. The only downside was the lighting in the other room, but everything else was spot on. 🫶🏻

The location is convenient, easy to stroll around and grab a quick bakery run in the morning. Parking is available on site. The room has a small kitchenette with all the necessary dishes. The beds are good, we slept well. There's a private terrace with a lovely view. Fast Wi‑Fi. The host is genuinely caring. The only issue is the bathroom lock is hard to open and sticks.

We've stayed here several times on our way to and from the Black Sea. This time we stopped specifically to visit Mtskheta’s Svetitskhoveli and Jvari. Parking nearby is hassle‑free. The spot is very convenient – a 5‑minute walk to Svetitskhoveli, a small shop with essentials nearby, and beyond the temple grounds a street full of restaurants. The host has a wonderful dog that the kids loved. The room’s furniture and kitchenware aren’t brand new, but that’s not a problem for a short stay.
