“Formidable séjour”

The staff’s welcome was exceptional and they always went out of their way to satisfy us, especially Deppi, who was unforgettable. The room was very clean with direct pool access from our terrace. Breakfast was varied and high quality for all tastes. The hotel is very well located, quiet, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach.

“Totally recommended!!”

As a half‑Greek, this isn’t my first trip to the island, and I can honestly say it’s worth every day spent there again. My first stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations: the room was spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated in a simple, modern style. The restaurant was good, offering a great variety at every meal with efficient, friendly service. The breakfast buffet was my personal highlight. The outdoor dining area overlooks the pool and creates a lovely atmosphere. Overall, it was very positive and I would definitely recommend it. The only downside was the limited number of sunbeds around the pool; adding a few more would be a great improvement.

The people made the place special, and that was true here. The hotel was lovely, warm, and happy, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast offered a good variety each morning. What truly made our stay special was Deppy, who is exceptional at what she does. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she looked after us incredibly well. Her favorite phrase was “Don’t worry about anything,” and she meant it. The only slightly unusual feature was having the sink in the bedroom area of our suite instead of the bathroom. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

A fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, we were met with warm hospitality and meticulous attention to detail. The venue was beautiful, well‑maintained, and spotless, and the staff were courteous and always ready to help, creating an overall atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The only areas for improvement were the limited number of lounge chairs by the pool and the desire for a slightly larger buffet selection. Everything else was wonderful! We leave with great memories and the best impressions, and we would definitely choose this place again and recommend it without hesitation.

“A wonderful stay at Planos Deluxe for our wedding week”

We chose Planos Deluxe for our wedding week, staying with friends, and it was the most enjoyable stay together. From the moment we arrived, every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay special. The reception, pool staff, and maids were all incredibly accommodating, friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. The reception ladies were especially wonderful, helping us organize taxis and transport and making everything easy. The hotel itself is clean, inviting, and beautifully maintained, and our room was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was always hot, fresh, and delicious with plenty to choose from—perfect for starting each day. The team made a difference in the lead‑up to our wedding and on the wedding day itself, constantly asking if there was anything they could do to help and making me feel at ease when I was nervous. A special mention goes to Deppy, whose kind, positive nature was a real comfort; she went out of her way to help me stay calm and enjoy this important time. They were also generous in celebrating with us, leaving champagne on ice in our room and arranging other lovely surprises throughout our stay. These thoughtful touches meant so much and created memories we’ll never forget. A huge thank you to the entire team at Planos Deluxe for making our wedding week special. We felt genuinely looked after from start to finish and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zante. We would love to return!
